As a crucial member of the Ancillaries team, you will support the Revenue Strategy and Ancillaries Manager in driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Manage sales and marketing efforts for travel ancillary products, including seat reservations, extra baggage, and upgrades
- Project Management: Collaborate with IT and touchpoint owners on assigned projects to define requirements, assess legal implications, and conduct user acceptance testing
- Product Development: Work with relevant business units to expand touchpoints, enhance product offerings, refine user experience, and improve customer support
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement personalized marketing plans to increase awareness and drive conversion of ancillary products
- Internal Communication: Maintain internal product briefs and serve as a point of contact for resolving queries from frontline teams
- Supplier Management: Manage suppliers or partners to optimize ancillary products and ensure performance tracking is well defined
- Team Leadership: Coach ancillaries analysts to carry out their assigned duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of travel ancillaries and experience in agile projects is highly valued
- Strong understanding of platform capabilities and touchpoint optimization technology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
