Key Responsibilities
Coordinate office administration, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and HR Manager
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Coordinate events and activities, including annual parties and leadership reviews
Maintain accurate records and files
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in office administration and/or HR coordination
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Relationships
Reports to HR Manager and dotted line to General Manager
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales

Travel Requirements
Up to 5% travel required
