Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive awareness and adoption of our hematology product.
  • Operational Leadership: Provide operational leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful execution of marketing plans.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and implement marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive awareness and adoption of new product.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance Management: Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Above: A bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or above of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, prior experience in sales and hematology marketing is a must.
  • Project Management: Project management experience.
  • Analytics and CRM: Experience with analytics and customer relationship management systems.
