This operational management role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of APAC Commercial Risk. The position requires providing day-to-day management and support to ensure APAC Commercial Risk has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems in place.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency, sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals, and objectives
  • Measure and manage internal and external controls, providing timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company
  • Support APAC CRS to develop, communicate, and implement effective operational procedures, growth strategies, and processes
  • Collaborate with CRS management teams to plan for operational infrastructure and accommodate rapid growth objectives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations through regular contact
  • Assist in producing business cases to meet operational, sales, growth, and market share objectives
  • Contribute to an accountable culture and credible partner to the business
  • Represent the firm with insurers and business partners

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, information technology, project management, business, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of operational experience
  • Demonstrated experience in operational or project management and analysis, preferably in a similar role
  • Operational management skills, including budgeting, resource development, and planning
  • Stakeholder management and ability to partner with dynamic leadership teams
  • Possess integrity, credibility, and commitment
  • Flexible and able to multitask, work in ambiguous environments, and drive toward clarity and solutions
