Key Accountabilities

  3. Business Development: Drive business growth through strategic partnerships, marketing initiatives, and trade product innovation.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate trade product risks, escalating issues as necessary and communicating changes to relevant teams.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead a team of trade product specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5.
  • Minimum 5 years of corporate banking or trade finance experience, preferably in trade product management.
  • Solid knowledge in receivable finance, credit insurance, and trade payable finance.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of banking systems, operations, and credit risk.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, with reading and writing proficiency.
