Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at China Telecom Global. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business cases and collect customer requirements to prepare compelling sales proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation, and contract negotiations.
- Work closely with internal technical teams, vendors, and channel partners to ensure deal closure.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management, preferably in the Government or ICT sector.
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Good attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, organization, and administrative skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
