Sales and Management Role
You will be responsible for leading the foreign exchange sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing their sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Design and participate in seminars and webinars.


Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry as well as team management experience. Welcome from other financial industries such as Insurance/Equity/Property, etc. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
