About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as the Head of Sales – Greater China. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales and growth plan to drive business growth and expansion in the Greater China market.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and revenue targets within Private Equity, Real Assets, and Private Debt. You will be a skilled communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales and growth plan underpinned by ambitious annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain internal and external business networks to drive personal and business growth.
  • Engage and grow the network of business partners and feeders to identify new business leads.
  • Lead new client pitches collaborating with internal product teams.
  • Be accountable for scoping, costing, and initial client-onboarding activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and deliver insight and thought leadership on market trends.
  • Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture internally and externally.
  • Maintain a focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.
  • Ensure the company maintains the highest ESG standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and revenue targets within Private Equity, Real Assets, and Private Debt.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including active listening, storytelling, and social selling.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, planning, and accuracy in documenting client activities.
