Area Sales Director, Greater China Luxury Market

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Director to lead our luxury travel retail business in the Greater China region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key accounts, and developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize brand presence and customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, retailers, and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Key Competencies:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, but not required
