About the Role

ConnectedGroup is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our luxury business in the Greater China region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic key account development with travel retail operators and maximizing sell-out in assigned markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve annual sales targets, monitor inventory levels, and negotiate terms and conditions with retailers.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive performance and monitor key KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, including negotiating trade operational expenditure budgets and ensuring optimal profitability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in key account management, retail management, and marketing, preferably within the luxury industry.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Result-driven individual with strong sense of brand image and profit and loss (P&L) management.
