Medical Sales Representative, Specialty Care

**Drive Business Growth and Accelerate Client Engagement**
As a Medical Sales Representative at 829 GlaxoSmithKline Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and accelerating client engagement in the specialty care portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic business plans with targeted specialists and allied healthcare professionals to uncover and maximize business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Design and execute customer-focused initiatives to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer value to both external and internal customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic programs to drive sales growth with General Practice (GP) and Family Medicine Physicians (FM).
- Manage territory budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal business results.
**Why You?**
We are seeking professionals with a strong background in sales and a passion for the healthcare industry. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience liaising with healthcare professionals. Experience in the relevant therapeutic area is highly desirable.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills.
- Strong working knowledge of interpretation of scientific research studies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians.
- Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
