Serviced Office Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Serviced Office Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting Grade A Serviced Office rentals and formulating creative Business Development and Sales Strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote serviced office rentals to potential clients
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies
  • Build relationships with real estate agents and industry associates
  • Maintain accurate records and accounts
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property development, real estate, or hospitality
  • Proven sales skills and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
