We are looking for a seasoned leader to join our team as the Director of Commercial Expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and expanding our market presence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and optimize sales processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of account executives to achieve exceptional results.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, test and validate new markets, and scale our operations to capture emerging trends.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Refine and improve our sales methodologies, processes, and frameworks to enhance our competitive edge.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 8+ years of work experience, preferably in a metrics-driven sales environment.
  • 4+ years of management and leadership experience, including experience managing managers and teams of 5+ people.
  • Exposure to B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech industries.
  • A combination of entrepreneurial, analytical, and commercial attitudes.
  • A willingness to adapt to ambiguity and navigate complex challenges.
  • The ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.
  • A growth mindset coupled with confidence and humility.
  • Experience working in fast-growing technology/software companies.
  • Possession of fluency in Cantonese and English.
