Job Description
  • Drive business growth and expansion through business development and marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a structured sales pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's green finance-related internal control and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development with a proven track record.
  • Solid experience in launching business trade shows and online promotion campaigns.
  • Existing industrial client resources in key sectors.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, team player, independent, and well-organized.
  • Willingsness to learn and take up new challenges.
  • Familiarity with ESG regulatory requirements and relevant policies.
  • Good understanding of green finance and credit lending management is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Versatile knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
