Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to current and potential clients in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Assist in new product launch projects, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption.
- Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize market share, and achieve marketing goals.
- Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Identify potential business opportunities to achieve continuous growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Science, or any life science-related disciplines.
- 1-6 years of relevant sales/business development experience with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Quick learner, objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate, and a good team-player.
- Good proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
