Key Account Manager for Mechanical Products

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage our key customers in the Hong Kong market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and projects.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical/building service products.

You will work closely with our technical support engineers and factories to provide quotations, proposals, and goods delivery to customers.

The successful candidate will maintain good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/key projects, and visit them regularly to understand their requirements/needs.

They will also build long-term strategic relationships with customers and support the company in meeting its business strategy.

Other responsibilities include handling customer complaints and providing solutions, coordinating with agents/distributors for business achievement if needed, and participating in business trips to Shanghai and overseas for attending in-house training or meetings.
