Job Position:
- This role will report directly to our Sales Director.
- The main objective is to cultivate and maintain key customer relationships, driving project success.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with technical teams and factories to create accurate quotations, tenders, proposals, and deliver goods efficiently.
- Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers, emphasizing key accounts and projects.
- Engage regularly with customers to comprehend their needs and preferences.
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with customers to drive growth.
- Contribute to achieving the company's goals in the HK & Macau market.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly.
- Cultivate relationships with agents/distributors to enhance business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Building Service, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products, mechanical products, or building service products.
- Desirable skills include knowledge of pump or valve business, water building service equipment, or similar areas.
- Excellent proficiency in English & Cantonese.
