JPC Corporation is a European multinational company with over 100 years of history. We are a brand owner, manufacturer, and marketer of pump and valve products serving the building services market.
Our key customers include government departments, public utilities, airports, and other major establishments. We have a sales office in Hong Kong and Macau, catering to the local market.
The Job
We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for managing key customer relationships and overseeing project management tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in English and Cantonese, and possess at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical products or building service products.
Responsibilities
- Manage key customer relationships and develop long-term strategic partnerships
- Oversee project management tasks, including quotation, tender, proposal, and goods delivery
- Collaborate with technical support engineers and factories to provide solutions to customers
- Maintain good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers and key projects
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and needs
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customers
- Support the company in meeting its business strategy for Hong Kong and Macau
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with agents and distributors for business achievement if needed
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related subject
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical products or building service products
- Knowledge in pump and valve business is highly preferred
- Experience in industrial product-related engineering is highly preferred
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- Business trips to Shanghai and overseas may be required for attending in-house training or meetings
