At Rong Qiao Immerse Languages, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

We are looking for a sales-oriented individual who is proactive, attentive, and possesses excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about our language courses and services.
    • Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' language learning objectives and recommend suitable courses.
    • Promote language courses to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Besides being a sales expert, the successful candidate should also possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work 5.5 days a week and be available to follow up with cases during non-working hours as needed.

As a bonus, having experience in the education sector and language teaching would be an added advantage.
