Sales Manager Role
">We are currently seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing key client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market presence.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Create and implement effective sales plans to attract new business and retain existing clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their supply chain needs and challenges.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
">- Degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Regional/global experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with clients from the commerce/retail sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
