Role Overview

The Business Growth and Development Specialist will work closely with our sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and implementing effective sales tactics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B sales: Approach potential customers and develop existing accounts
  • Contact and participate in client meetings for product demonstrations and events for promotion
  • Follow up and resolve clients' feedback by calls and scheduling meetings
  • Prepare business documents such as quotations and invoices, proposals, finance documents etc.
  • Attend expo events and festival volunteer events
  • Collaborate with other business partners
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Passionate and proactive attitudes
  • Willing to learn, self-discipline and responsibility are more important than skills
  • Interests in innovation and technology/ startup
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
