Global Business Development Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (KAM) based at CTC Shanghai.
The KAM will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and negotiation.
- Manage and coordinate sales activities to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and effective communication abilities.
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Experience in account management.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
