Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Partnership & Business Development team as an Alliances, Partnerships Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations to drive traffic and engagement at our shopping malls and tourist complexes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations for unique experiences, events, and gimmicks to drive traffic and engagement
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and secure partnership agreements for temporary or seasonal activations, pop-up shops, promotional events, etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including contract negotiation, scheduling, logistics, and post-activation analysis
  • Cultivate and expand the mall's network of casual leasing partners for short-term retail, food & beverage, and entertainment concepts
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align on partnership opportunities, execution, and KPIs
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to measure the success and impact of partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and new partnership models to identify innovative opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership/business development, event marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, presentation, and project management abilities
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, engaging partnership concepts
  • Familiarity with the retail, hospitality, and/or entertainment industries
