Job Overview:
The Senior Officer will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agency's day-to-day operations. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage new recruit application processes, including background checks and license verifications.
- Develop and implement operating procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Draft and revise contract agreements, including Agent Agreement and Manager Agreement.
- Collaborate with team members to provide market intelligence and presentations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Key Qualifications:
- University graduate with 5 years' working experience.
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese languages.
