About Our Client

Global Private Wealth Management Bank, a leading financial institution in North Asia, is seeking an experienced Office Renovation Project Coordinator to oversee the expansion of its Hong Kong branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a member of the office administration team, collaborate with regional departments to ensure seamless renovation and expansion processes.
  • Facilitate communication between IT, designers, and contractors to schedule renovations and minimize disruptions.
  • Liaise with employees from front to back office to ensure timely updates on office renovation schedules.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree holder with 4+ years of relevant experience in office renovation, preferably in multinational corporations (MNCs) within the financial sector.
  • Flexible and positive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
