We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team at Harvest Personnel Agency.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administrative works including office and facilities management, procurement of office supplies, filing of documents, and so forth.
  • He/she will also handle mail and courier services to ensure timely delivery and receipt of important documents.
  • In addition, the candidate will manage and communicate with internal and external parties for providing maintenance, repair, and renovation services.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as data entry and record-keeping is also an essential part of this role.
  • The candidate will also assist with online banking operations including fund transfer, payment arrangements, and fund records.
  • Providing additional support to the management as required, such as running errands, is also a key responsibility of this position.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required is also an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administrative works including office and facilities management, procurement of office supplies, filing of documents, and so forth.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and accounting work
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, and able to work independently
  • Stable working history and willingness to stay with the company in the long term
