Job Overview

The role of Sales Administration Assistant within the DKSH Group involves providing administrative support to the tender team, ensuring efficient coordination and communication with clients throughout the tender process. This includes managing high volumes of tenders, quotations, correspondences, and tender maintenance with key stakeholders such as the Hospital Authority, Hong Kong Government, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the tender process within the tender team, setting deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Handle a high volume of tenders, quotations, correspondences, and tender maintenance with key stakeholders.
  • Perform secretarial duties and provide administrative support to teammates.

Requirements
  • HKDSE or above.
  • 1-year relevant experience in sales administration (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is an advantage.
