**Job Summary**

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in partnering with our Regional and Business Unit teams to develop and implement distribution compensation strategies that align with our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of distribution compensation models and their impact on business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training programs that build advisor competencies and meet client needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on distribution management and agency sales key metrics to drive sales growth and maximize value for our Business Units.
  • Work closely with our IT teams to develop and implement digital solutions that improve customer and advisor experience, while enabling data analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Lead the implementation of our digital roadmap and drive the development of next-generation advisory models.

**Requirements**

  • University graduate in business or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in insurance compensation management, with a proven track record of developing standalone compensation models for all distribution channels.
  • Strong understanding of distribution and insurance products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Pro-active, disciplined, strong follow-up, attentive to detail, and ability to multi-task.
