Insurance Distribution Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our Distribution Services and Case Management team at Heng An Standard Life (Asia) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business partners and ensuring seamless experience throughout the business submission and post-sales service processes.
Key Responsibilities- Service Request Management: Respond to brokers' service requests, collaborate with other business functions, and provide timely updates to clients.
- Insurance Application Processing: Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently within required timeframes.
- Broker Contracting and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence checks and provide recommendations for broker contracting.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with relevant business functions to develop and implement effective communication strategies, including phone calls, broker websites, and other media.
- Project Coordination: Participate in assigned projects and ad-hoc tasks, leveraging your expertise to drive results.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Distribution Services team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.
- Issue Resolution: Offer prompt support to the distribution team in addressing issues and ensuring a seamless experience for business partners.
- Document Verification: Review and verify application documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Education: University degree or equivalent.
- Insurance Licenses: Attained (or working towards) IIQE licenses 1, 3, 5, and FLMI qualification, or other relevant licenses for the insurance industry.
- Work Experience: At least 2-3 years' experience in sales support or life insurance functions.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the insurance industry and Heng An Standard Life (Asia)'s insurance products.
- Language Skills: Good written and oral English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Business Acumen: High level of business sense, risk awareness, sales quality, and compliance awareness.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and team player.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, and Outlook.
