Insurance Distribution Manager

HSBC is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Distribution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our High Net Worth & Corporate Insurance Distribution team, you will be responsible for providing distribution support and project management to our CMB channel on Insurance distribution related matters.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial thinking and business acumen, with the ability to highlight key compliance and risk issues that could impact business performance. They will also possess strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams to find solutions for changes in the business environment.
The role will involve planning, directing, and executing all strategic projects and sales support functions for Commercial Insurance. This will include identifying projects and change requirements in response to operational and process changes, and providing constructive recommendations and support for project implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing projects, and able to take independent initiatives to achieve required results. They will also be able to promote a positive risk and compliance culture within the business, in line with the Group Standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the High Net Worth & Corporate Insurance Distribution team to provide distribution support and project management to CMB channel on Insurance distribution related matters.
- Drive new business development and support channel initiatives through project management and strategies implementation.
- Work with various teams to find solutions for changes in the business environment.
- Identify projects and change requirements in response to operational and process changes.
- Provide constructive recommendations and support for project implementation.
- Business or related degree.
- Strong commercial thinking and business acumen.
