Strategic Marketing Manager for Institutional Clients

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
About the Role:
- Maintain and expand relationships with institutional clients, providing expert advice on sales strategies and driving performance growth.
- Cultivate high-quality interactions with clients, effectively pitch and close deals, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with traders and product managers to maximize business revenue and support colleagues within the team.
- Collaborate closely with other business units, such as Institutional Banking and Custody, to cross-sell and leverage synergies, while participating in important meetings and sales events.
- Coordinate with internal departments to negotiate and sign legal documents with clients, including ISDA/CSA/CDEA and related agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years' experience in financial services, preferably with marketing experience for institutional clients.
- Background in derivatives or investment products.
- Exceptional analytical and marketing skills, along with basic data analysis expertise.
- A strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn about innovative financial products.
- Adherence to professional conduct and excellent personal qualities.
- Licenses for dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on securities (Type 4), as well as necessary professional qualifications for treasury marketing.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
