Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our efforts in generating high-quality leads for the Institutional Sales Enablement team. This role will focus on designing and implementing innovative B2B marketing activities, events, and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to the team's goals, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, events, and targeted campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Create compelling content, collateral, and campaigns that resonate with institutional clients and enhance lead engagement.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and lead generation efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in sales enablement, lead generation, or related roles, with a focus on institutional clients.
