Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Manager on our Americas SRM team, you will be responsible for:

Developing Strategic Insights:

  • Analyzing internal and external data sets to identify key areas of focus for senior management and drive business decisions.
  • Developing and implementing client-centric initiatives that drive business growth and market share penetration.

Facilitating Client Coverage:

  • Supporting senior managing directors in developing and implementing client-centric initiatives that drive business growth and market share penetration.
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of compelling business plans, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management and client-facing teams.

Maintaining Internal Databases:

  • Managing and maintaining internal databases and models to optimize client engagement and relationship management.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of internal data sets.

Collaborating with Internal Teams:

  • Facilitating communication and coordination among sales coverage teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Partnering with internal sales coverage and senior trading partners to develop and implement client-centric initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and Excel-based tools.
