Job Description
This role involves managing a portfolio of institutional clients, driving growth within their accounts and the broader ecosystem while enhancing client experiences. You will be the main point of contact for clients, overseeing the entire relationship and orchestrating discussions across custody, trading, staking, and financing teams.
The ideal candidate has high emotional intelligence, a passion for account planning, sales, and business development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactivity, attention to detail, a strong passion for digital assets, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach are essential qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic account plans to cultivate strong relationships with assigned clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Build enduring relationships with clients, becoming their primary point of contact within Hex Trust and ensuring their experience is consistently exceptional.
- Oversee client relationships by coordinating discussions across relevant teams, ensuring timely onboarding and support.
- Advocate for clients internally, representing their interests and communicating feedback effectively to promote enhancements based on client needs.
