Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in cryptocurrency or financial services to join our Client Management team. As the main point of contact for clients, you will oversee the entire relationship, driving growth within both client accounts and the broader ecosystem while enhancing client experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with influential institutional players in the industry, such as crypto funds, VCs, blockchain foundations, and token projects. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and enhance engagement with Hex Trust.

This position requires high emotional intelligence, a passion for account planning, sales, and business development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a strong passion for the digital assets industry, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth within client portfolios.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Coordinated discussions across custody, trading, staking, and financing teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  4. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless client onboarding and support.
  5. Represent client interests internally, communicating feedback effectively.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase team efficiency.
