About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively driving performance, maintaining high-quality relationships with clients, and maximizing business revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Stay up-to-date with market trends and client needs to provide professional advice on sales strategy adjustments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain high-quality day-to-day contact with clients, pitch and close deals, and ensure proper follow-up on post-deal tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with traders and other product managers to maximize business revenue and support other team members.
  • Cross-Selling and Synergy: Collaborate with other business units to cross-sell and maximize synergy for the bank.
  • Contract Negotiation: Coordinate internal departments to negotiate and sign legal documents with clients.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years' experience in the financial services industry, including experience in institutional clients marketing.
  • Derivatives and Investment Products: Experience with derivatives or other investment-related products.
  • Analytical and Marketing Skills: Excellent analytical and marketing skills, as well as basic data statistics.
  • Professional Conduct: Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and adherence to professional conduct with good personal qualities.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed for dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on securities (Type 4), as well as other necessary professional qualification licenses for treasury marketing.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
