The Sales Director_Corporate Account role at SAP SE is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping organizations succeed. Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of experienced sales professionals to achieve exceptional results.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- No less than 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with expertise in cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
