About the Role

Fano Labs is a spin-off from the University of Hong Kong specializing in developing speech recognition, speaker diarization, speaker verification, and natural language processing technologies for multilingual environments. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team and contribute to our growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales cycles to meet targets and achieve revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives in key accounts and understand their business needs.
  • Recommend AI solutions that meet client objectives and drive business success.
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay updated on competitive products and solutions to maintain market leadership.
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with 3+ years selling to large enterprises.
  • A proven track record of closing multi-year, large enterprise deals.
  • Strong connections with senior executives in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience in selling Fintech or customer service solutions is a plus.
  • A history of achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent presentation and English writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and organized.
