Technical Specialist for Card Organization and Loan

We are currently in search of a high-caliber professional to join our department as a Technical Specialist for Card Organization and Loan.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Group/Regional IT to comprehend the Group's strategic direction and provide solutions for HSBC business areas. Develop effective technological support for Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) by defining IT strategy, offering IT consultation, and delivering IT solutions to achieve strategic objectives and operational efficiency. Contribute to the formulation, implementation, and oversight of policy and governance frameworks, procedures, and standards to ensure effective risk management, quality control, and compliance. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production systems and system enhancements to facilitate strategic business growth and development. Lead a team, ensuring accountability for team performance and focusing on continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, training, and effectiveness. Ensure that products and services comply with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework. Ensure that group controls are upheld within team activities and that remediation efforts are addressed promptly. Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products and services supported by the team.Requirements:
A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields. A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management. Experience managing IT projects in complex environments, preferably on a regional or global scale. Ability to manage a diverse team of IT professionals in delivering growth, regulatory, risk & control, and efficiency changes. Strong leadership and people management skills, along with stakeholder management experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate a dynamic and matrixed environment. A strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
