Customer Service Division

We are currently looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Senior Loans and Card Services Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive hotline services, manage inquiries, and proactively promote unsecured loan offerings (including cards and personal loans) through both inbound and outbound communication channels. Identify customer needs and promote loan and insurance products to achieve departmental sales targets. Contribute to the attainment of the team's service and sales goals. Respond promptly to customer feedback, striving for service enhancements and improved customer experiences. Assist the team leader in resource allocation to maximize team productivity. Recognize potential areas for improvement to boost operational efficiency. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of various initiatives. Ensure that all team processes adhere to internal control standards, group compliance policies, and external regulatory requirements.Requirements
Diploma or degree holder; candidates with Form Five or DSE qualifications and relevant experience will also be considered. Willingness to work flexible hours. A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, call center, or telemarketing. Strong sales and customer service orientation, with the ability to perform under pressure. Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. A high level of customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Loans and Card Services Officer.)
