Revenue Management Role
Mondrian Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Director of Revenue to spearhead revenue growth across rooms and F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of revenue management principles and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximize hotel revenues.
- Monitor competitive pricing and analyze its impact on performance.
- Facilitate weekly revenue and monthly strategy meetings to drive results.
- Provide insights on demand factors and market trends to inform revenue decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Ennismore's policies and standards.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports to track performance.
- Evaluate distribution channels for performance insights.
- Oversee the hotel's revenue management system (IDeaS) and maintain accurate revenue plans.
Requirements
- Minimum four years in hotel revenue management, including two years as a Director of Revenue, preferably in a lifestyle or upscale hotel in the Hong Kong or Asian market.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of revenue management principles and sales.
- Excellent presentation skills and high proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Strong ability to analyze financial statements and market data.
- Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems for work-related information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and ideally Mandarin.
