As a Senior Claims Officer, you will be responsible for handling complex claims related to personal accidents, ensuring timely and accurate settlements, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex claims related to personal accidents, including assessing damages and negotiating settlements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales force, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and claims satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing and resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in claims handling.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in personal accident claims.
- Strong knowledge of claims procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
