The Job

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Employee Benefits claims team, ensuring efficient and effective claims handling.
  • Monitor and approve claims within pre-set authority, providing clear commentary and justifications.
  • Handle complaints and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Regularly review processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operation efficiency.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve company objectives, including training and development programs for EB staff.
  • Provide training to EB staff on medical claim knowledge and assist in system development and enhancement.
  • Identify and handle Anti-fraud claim detection, ensuring the integrity of our claims process.
  • Produce claims and audit reporting, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as directed by senior management.

The Person

  • Hold a degree and have 10-15 years of relevant experience in medical insurance claims, with at least 5 years in managerial positions.
  • FLMI qualification is an advantage.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance and proficiency in medical claims knowledge.
  • Be a strong analytical and problem-solving individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and have a good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written.
  • Have management skills and be able to initiate and implement technology and process changes.
