Fundraising Specialist - Global Impact

A leading non-profit organization is seeking an experienced Fundraising Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure significant donations from individual, corporate, and foundation sources.

You will work closely with the Director of Development and other fundraising teams to develop the local fundraising program and manage multi-year fundraising campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for planned giving, major, and principal gift fundraising, donor prospecting and research, and stewardship.

To excel in this position, you will need at least 8 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and entities. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, with Mandarin being an advantage. Strong communication skills are also essential.
