The AVP/VP, Philanthropy will lead our community investment efforts in Asia Pacific, working closely with colleagues across the company to identify opportunities for impact and develop innovative solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of development issues, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive philanthropic strategy for APAC, aligned with our company's responsible growth objectives.
Managing a portfolio of grants across multiple markets, innovating partnerships and leveraging blended finance models to drive impact.
Collaborating with local market philanthropy committees to ensure alignment with strategy and governance frameworks.
Directly managing employee engagement & volunteerism programs for 12 markets, introducing key signature regional campaigns.
Supporting the expansion of our Arts & Culture program, outreach for the Art Conservation Project (ACP), and Art of Connecting initiative.
You'll Need:
5-10 years' experience in strategic philanthropy, grant-making, and volunteer program management at a multinational company.
Understanding of development issues and evolving landscape recognizing the crucial role of strategic philanthropy in supporting sustainable solutions.
Excellent written and spoken language skills, with proficiency in English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
