Principal Responsibilities
- Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
- Deliver initiatives and projects according to confirmed requirements, agreed timelines, and approved budgets.
- Ensure Insurance service targets exceed business partner and customer expectations with overall responsibility for continuous quality improvement and streamlining of Insurance business services.
- Drive and govern Insurance business compliance with global quality policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures to improve quality while increasing cost-effectiveness and excellent risk management.
- Maintain strong relationships and liaise with Insurance business functions to ensure customer expectations are understood, measured against, and met or exceeded.
- Ensure appropriate communication of business/regulatory requirements, business impact, cost-and-benefit analysis, major problems, and change.
- Communicate status, identifying risks and issues for resolution and remediation.
- Ensure alignment with the Insurance Business Quality organization aligned to Group Quality strategy and maximize leverage of global quality functions.
- Drive for a strong service performance and culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- At least 3 years' relevant pre-approval or claim experience in individual life/medical insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication at all levels of internal counterparts, brokers, or customers, stakeholders.
- Own the job attitude, independent, self-motivated, well-organized, good team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good computer skill, proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Candidate with IIQE license preferred; IIQE license can be obtained after onboarding.
