- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate the work of other customer services team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods from suppliers, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
- Input accurate and timely information into our systems, maintaining data integrity and quality.
- HKCEE / HKALE / HKDSE / Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling customer correspondence and customer relations in logistics.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Dynamic and customer-focused individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure and in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- High proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
