Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team at Avery Dennison. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring timely order processing, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Your Key Responsibilities- Order Processing and System Updates: Handle order processing and system updates within the required time frame, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Enquiries and Requests: Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly.
- Customer Needs and Response: Understand customer needs and provide timely responses to customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to follow up and improve delivery services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and satellites to improve inventory turns, ensuring efficient stock management.
- Troubleshooting and Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints and trouble-shooting according to Company procedures and services standard, suggesting corrective actions to drive service improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding the latest development of their accounts, maintaining updated customer profile information.
- Process Improvement: Provide suggestions to supervisors on the improvement of the current order/operation flow to increase efficiency.
- Sales Support: Provide selling support to respond to management needs, identifying and generating sales prospects through calls/emails, and developing relationships with business accounts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales-related reports (e.g., daily sales report) to meet the needs of the Commercial team.
- Team Support: Assist, back up, and provide support to other team members, ensuring seamless team collaboration and coverage.
- IC Sales Solution: Work with our internal RBIS team to provide IC sales solutions, following up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
- Sales Goals and Objectives: Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership, ensuring timely delivery of quotations, samples, and proofs to customers.
- 1-2 years of solid experience in customer services/account management.
- Detailed-customer oriented, independent, and under pressure to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent communication, account serving, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office application and experience with an ERP system.
- Degree Holder is preferred.
- Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer.
