Retail Distribution - Branch Network

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives cater to both affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 260 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for high-end personal customers, we serve over half of Hong Kong's adult population while offering an extensive range of products to valued customers.

Branch placement is subject to the final decision by RSS Management.

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our branch network as Sales Performance Leader.

Main Responsibilities
  • To formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans for platform sales staff, leading the team to achieve assigned KPIs and maximize service quality and productivity.
  • To identify potential customers and groom them into Prestige Banking customers to maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Assist District Branch Manager in managing and enhancing capabilities/professionalism of sales staff, providing coaching/support as needed.
  • To obtain customer feedback and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • To organize various promotional activities for acquiring new business.
  • To stay up-to-date with latest compliance requirements and recommend remedial actions when necessary.
Requirements
  • A university degree in a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in the banking industry.
  • Good leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Sound judgment and strategic planning skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively.
  • The ability to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in various situations.
  • Strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Resilience to stress, able to unlock full potential, and prepare for the future of work.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations.
