Job Summary:
This role supports our payroll outsourcing project in the HR Operations Team, focusing on test case preparation, UAT, and Workday Time Tracking module implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases for payroll outsourcing and Workday Time Tracking modules.
  • Assist in consolidating user requirements and related activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the HR Operations team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR payroll and HRIS domains.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and related systems.
  • Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Familiarity with system integration and data migration best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officers.

Work Environment:
HKEX - Exchange Square, Hong Kong SAR.

Working Hours:
Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR).
